Correct. It means calls to all normal landline numbers, and all mobile networks. Doesn't cover things like calls to premium services or satelitte phones, etc.

Hi there, I’ve been wondering the same! My credit (on s $40/month plan) has recently run out when phoning a fixed land line number and also business numbers starting with 12 and 13. So what does unlimited standard phone numbers actually include? Is it only mobile numbers? If so, why is “unlimited calls to standard Australian phone numbers” advertised if the numbers themselves are so limited?
