Keep in mind I can’t recall if my prepaid plan that I set up in December in Australia has expired yet or not. The boost app just keeps saying no connectivity. The boost website refers me to care.boost.com.au. When I go to that site it tells me to turn off my WiFi and turn on mobile data to access the site; but when I do that it has no connection. I tried using live chat but nothing happens when I press the button. So I can’t contact Boost. What can I do to recharge while overseas?
