    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wi-Fi calling is a great way make phone calls if you live in an area that can’t connect to a mobile network or have areas around your home where you can’t make a call. Wi-Fi Calling provides basic voice calling capability on compatible devices when you’re connected to a supported Wi-Fi network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; The best part is you don’t need to do anything, you’ll be automatically connected to the strongest connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To be eligible for Wi-Fi Calling, you need to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have Wi-Fi Calling compatible device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have VoLTE (i.e. 4G Voice Calls) enabled on your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ensure you have updated to the latest software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn on Wi-Fi Calling in your settings on your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For &lt;STRONG&gt;Android&lt;/STRONG&gt; devices, you can turn on Wi-Fi Calling in your settings. Note that these instructions may vary slightly between devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Navigate to the phone dialler (phone icon) &lt;BR /&gt; Click ‘More’ in the top right hand corner and tap ‘Settings’&lt;BR /&gt; Scroll to the bottom of the screen, you will see ‘Wi-Fi Calling’&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tick or untick this setting to turn Wi-Fi Calling on or off (by default it is on)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Wi-Fi Calling is available and you’re in a Wi-Fi coverage area, you’ll see the icon for Wi-Fi Calling in the status bar, next to your Wi-Fi signal strength indicator and you’ll be able to make calls over Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;

You need to make sure you're in a 4G coverage area to use Wi-Fi Calling. You can check this on our &lt;A href="http://boost.com.au/coverage-map/" target="_blank"&gt;Coverage Map&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Can you see the&amp;nbsp;icon for Wi-Fi Calling in the status bar, next to your Wi-Fi signal strength indicator? This looks like a phone with small Wi-fi icon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Don't understand why you need to be in a 4g area as wifi calling does not have to use the mobile network. For example, you should be able to make calls on nbn wifi where there is no mobile service at all.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set up two iphones to use Wifi Calling on Boost. One was brought in from Aldi Mobile, and Wifi Calling worked straight away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other was brought in from Telstra and didn't work right away. In fact it required&amp;nbsp;several calls to the helpline (who told me the feature wasn't supported!) until I was put through to a network technician who manually enabled the feature.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So my advice, if it's not working for you, is to request to be put through to a network technician who should be able to sort this out for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
