if my last recharge was $50 and i have loads of data left, when i recharge next time with only $20 will my data still rollover?

In the fine print on the plans page is says:

"Any unused data expires unless you recharge $30+ before expiry"

So I understood that to mean a $20 recharge is not enough to roll over the unused data.
