As Boost is a pre paid service provider, you technically do not have an "Account" as Pre-paid is a pay as you go service. Also this is not information I can access as this is a community forum and providing service specifics would be breaching your privacy.
However if you are in need of help with your services you can contact Boost directly on 125 8881 (8am-9pm, 7 days) or on live chat (24hrs, 7 days)
Often you do not need your account no. to transfer to another provider if you have Prepaid
If you have Postpaid I suggest to seek help by online chat ( live chat ) rather than calling them
which can take long waiting.
I have spent 9 days trying to activate my $150 prepaid card, keeping the same number I have with the prepaid $20 prepaid card I would also like to set up an account. the phone numbers I ring for Boost will either tell me this is not a valid number or have no way of speeking to a person. Please Help!
