I had the same.  Just rang the helpdesk.

 

Try using the auto-recharge button under the 'recharge' button, not the auto-recharge button on the front page of the app.  It worked for me.

 

Goes without saying that the fix must be simple, and Boost should have fixed it a long time ago.
