I'm not understanding the bit where you went on the Boost website. Are you saying you bought another phone via the Boost website? I take it you've taken the SIM out of your non-functioning mobile and put it in the new one? You can't put in the SIM card from the starter kit included with the handset and expect it to work. You mobile service is tied to the SIM card from the phone that's not working.
