I have just transferred my number over from Optus. I can receive texts and calls on my number, but when messaging and calling out it is a new number. How do I fix? No call centre help available due to Covid-19
You will need to get hold of Boost support on the phone to help sort it out.
They are there, but may be long queues at some times of the day.
