ive recharged my phone today and i cannot get online when i supposed to get 3gig.59635500010017 is the serial number

When died you first activate your sim with Boost? If it was today, wait 24 hours and try again (might not be completely finished connecting your new activation). If it was last month, etc, then try restarting your phone and try again.
If both fail, contact Boost tech support.
