I have been Customer Care on 1800 100 933 for two days now. They dont pickup the phone.

Also the live online chat that used to work, doesnt work anymore it says.

To think Boost is owned by Telstra !

 

I am basically trying to request a nano boost blank sim as i have a new phone.

I've been trying to reach them for weeks. I'm thinking they must be severely understaffed at the moment due to COVID-19. Even their complaints email isn't getting tended. Sigh.
