I am basically trying to request a nano boost blank sim as i have a new phone.
I've been trying to reach them for weeks. I'm thinking they must be severely understaffed at the moment due to COVID-19. Even their complaints email isn't getting tended. Sigh.
I am interested in finding out whether you get any help activating the new sim. I am in the same position and cannot get any attention. I new that Boost is the tail end of Telstra and that the service would be poor but I thoufght that there would be some service. Apparently there is none! I got the new nano sim but it is no use if Boost is not interested in getting it going.
