Hello. I have ported our numbers to Boost &am wondering how long before I can use the phone.

& what do I have to do?

So, are you still waiting for the port to complete?
Normally, you keep using the old sim until it goes dead, and then just swap to the new sim. That's all you need to do. Normally it is quick, but sometimes it can take up to 1-2 days.

* I am a Boost Australia customer. This is a peer to peer community where users help each other.

Your service should be working now. If it's not, you need to contact Boost customer service.

Thankyou When I try to call the voice message say insufficient credit seems strange with anew card.

Boost has a massive backlog since people are porting away from kogan!

The Kogan ports are only being delayed for Kogan customers. Everyone else shouldn't experience any delays. The porting systems stood up to a million Vodafail customers switching to Telstra in 8 months, after all...
