Windows phone 8 - Samsung ATIV S

I have just purchased a Samsung ATIV S GTI 8750.

Doesn't want to connect to Internet data, will intermittently work very slow and starts to heat up .

Have reset and checked apn / mms data.

Mms also not working, basic text and calls are fine.

Indicates network 3G and H+ connection.

But the same sim was working on another phone without issues? If so, that would appear to be an issue with the phone itself.

Another idea, just to make sure you APN is configured correctly, is use the Telstra push settings service for your phone model. http://configure.telstra.com.au/
I think that phone model is the SGHT899M.
After the settings have applied, reboot your phone.

Yes, SIM was working on Sony Xperia S.

Tried that model number again, system didn't accept. Gti8750 not listed on the web site either.

Internet data is now working, 21mbs H+

Mms not downloading.

Samsung support recommended hard reset, done that too.

BTW, great phone with fantastic battery life, better once I solve mms.

Have now tried a Telstra micro SIM.

No mms with it either.

Well it seems that if you reset enough times things will eventually work.

Mms now working

Problem could be from not fantastic Telstra reception.
