How do i turn voicemail on (and off for later reference) and change the amount of ring time before the call is diverted to voicemail?

How do I turn off voice mail? I rang 101 and the only option is to set it up.

You need to contact Customer Service to remove the voicemail product from your service.

Most people simply opt to change the diversion to voicemail, as it gives you more control over the process, and a dormant voicemail product doesn't cost you anything.
