Voicemail not working

My voicemail seems to have converted itself to a convert to text option.

It was working previously.

Try to call 101 from iphone and get "number not available from this service"

Try to call my mobile from another phone I get "diversion set to an invalid number" message

I have an iphone 4 and have been on Boost with voicemail for 6 months

The messagebank automaticallly disconnects, and converts the voicemail message 2 txt if the 101 messagebank has not been used for 3 months or more.

 

Contact Live Chat or Boost 1258881 to have it reconnected.

Boost does NOT have live chat, sending a text to 1258881 results in an error message.  Trying to access my voicemail also results in an error message.  This is no solution.
