Unfortunately, I can not recharge online. The number can

When did you activate your Boost Mobile Service.
Earlier this year Boost Mobile re-launched their brand and services on the Telstra Network.
All prior customers were automatically transferred to Optus.
You will need to call 125 8881 or use LiveChat to confirm whether your existing service number is with Boost (Telstra Network) or Optus.
If you are now an Optus customer you will need to recharge using their methods.
