Hi, I purchased a $40.00 boost top up and am unable to use. My phone number is (removed to protect your privacy). My Sony Experia is telling me that it is with Optus. How can I rectify this problem

This is a public forum, with contributions made by other customers (hence community).

You should remove your mobile number from your post.

Where on your phone does it say it's Optus? Have you put your Boost SIM card into your mobile phone?

Boost was with Optus network until January this year. Then in March they moved to Telstra. But all the older customers remained with Optus, unless they specifically switched over. If you had a old Boost setuip, you need to be buying a Optus recharge now. Or call Boost on 1258881 and ask them to port you number over to a new Boost sim.
