I have an iPhone 8 and have recently switched to Boost. My contact in NZ does not receive my texts from the Boost service - neither on my phone or my wife's Boost iPhone. The intended receiver can receive texts using the same number from my Optus iPhone.
My call to the 'help' desk was no help at all. "Use 0011 64... in from of the number rather than "+64". And yes, I am dropping the "0" prefix. I have also triple checked the NZ number.
My wife's phone can text her brother in the UK.
Any suggestions for a solution?
