Firstly get to this link https://service.telstra.com.au/general/pinpuk/ , select PIN code and answer the questions. After all, it will give you a PUK code (I recommend you to write it somewhere) call this number 132 861 and it will ask you for the PUK code given before. It will reactivate your sim. It’s not scam, I did it, just got it locked tonight and tried everything until I got it.
