So when my service goes down multiple times a week and there's no signal available. First I do a network search on my phone which will only show Optus as an available network and no Telstra. Then I go to the Telstra outages page and do a search for Grenfell 2810 and it says no outage found. Then what am I supposed to do? No home phone, no service, cant call to report an outage, cant call tech support.
Its out right now at 12:00 aest. No outage reported on Telstras site. No service on my HTC U11+ or my wifes Iphone X. Makes conducting business quite difficult.
