I joined Boost in May/June. Was happy with the service and suddenly this afternoon it won't let me phone or use data.
What is happening, I checked and there is no outage or anything near my area.
Did you get this resolved ? My son's iPhone xr just did the same thing. Works fine with a dodo Sim but not his own boost sim. It must be the Telstra network as it also doesn't work with my telstra Sim.
same thing happened to me yesterday, and today was told have to wait for 2-5 business days before they can make a test conclusion something.
