Hi there, I am going to request of refund of the declined purchase #BO500938040. Your company sent me an email earlier, and the email indicated that this purchase was declined. However, the debit card that I used for this purchase recorded the transaction was completed, and the amount of this purchase money has been taken off from my bank account associated with this purchase. My bank (NAB) reference number for this transaction is: 05000588115. $20 dollars was deducted. Please give me a satisfactory reply and arrange me a refund within a reasonable time. I would suggest to talk to customer care on 1258881. This forum is community based (we don't work for Boost).

Your best option for resolution is talking to Boost Customer Service, rather than a community of Boost customers:

If you're not satisfied:

You can also request a chargeback of the transaction from NAB directly, due to consumer protections under the Visa scheme.

Go to NAB Internet Banking > Settings/Mailbox > Create Secure Message > Electronic Transaction Dispute > follow the prompts.

There's not much else we can do to support you here.
