I've ordered sim pack couple days ago, however, I've not received dispatch email yet. Website says it normally ships on the sameday or next business day, whereas it has been couple of days now.  Live chat people dont have information on online ordering and phone customer care has too long waiting. Dint get connected after holding for 40 minutes, not to mention twice. Boost does not have email enquires, Is there any other way I can check on my order?

You could try sending head office an email at enquiries@boost.com.au

Can you look up what's happening to my order if I provide my order number?

We are mere customers, just as you are. Only the customer care people have access to that info (phione or live chat).
