I've ordered sim pack couple days ago, however, I've not received dispatch email yet. Website says it normally ships on the sameday or next business day, whereas it has been couple of days now. Live chat people dont have information on online ordering and phone customer care has too long waiting. Dint get connected after holding for 40 minutes, not to mention twice. Boost does not have email enquires, Is there any other way I can check on my order?
