Motorola G6 Play will noT TURN ON

MY motorola G6 play got plugged in last night for charging, and when I got up this morning it had powered off and I can't get it to turn back on. I have tried to boot it into recovery mode, and none of the buttons, the power, or volume up/down work. it is like it is dead. Help. I am looking for a job, and need this phone for my job search
