MMI Codes not running

Hi

I am trying to activate call waiting by dialling *43# and it does not work. It comes out with 

"Connection problem or invalid MMI code."

Any help would be appreciated.

If the MMI code isn't working, there is normally a way in you phone "call settings" to activate it also.

Slightly different for each different model phone, but it should be in there.

I'm told that with pre paid, boost does not offer call waiting.

It works properly for myself and my partner. Just need to turn it on via the phone settings.
