Hi, I purchased the wrong type of SIM this morning (bought a standard when my phone requires a micro). I spoke with live chat who said I need to call customer service, however I cannot do this as I currently have no SIM. The order number is BO500827748. Can someone please contact me asap regarding this?
Do you have a Telstra landline phone, or access to one? You can call 125 8881 and they'll no doubt be able to help you out.
If you haven't opened the Boost Starter Kit, and you still have the receipt, you can always take it back for a refund then grab the Micro SIM version.
