How do Boost users in Australia check their data usage and balance?

How do Boost users in Australia check their data usage and balance?

Boost online doesn’t recognise my mobile number to login. 

Keying in #111# on phone should display this but doesn’t (shows credit as 0.00 and the expiry, with the sole exception of Charge\history which just shows amount I paid.)

Boost APP doesn’t download, receive message “this item not available on your carrier”.

Tel 125 8881 I receive message that the number is “incomplete or incorrect”.

Boost Chat said they could fix but didn’t have the authority and made promises of passing my problem on to someone who could fix but no further contact/action/resolution thus far.

Boost do not have retail outlets in Australia.  And Telstra, Boost’s provider in Australia, said I need to contact Boost. 

So asking Boost Community for assistance. 

 

I am new to Boost.  My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6. 

 

Can anyone in Australia advise?

In 2019, to check the balance for your boost mobile, it can be done in 2 ways.

1. Dial #111# and follow the options

2. Boost app

 

For boost app on android, it's very dumb..

-you need to go to "auto recharge"

-And click on "RETURN TO HOME" link on the bottom.

 

Once it goes there, scroll down and you'll be able to see all the balance details for calls and data etc. 

Hope this helps because I couldn't find any of this online LOL.
