How Do I

I am unable to access the internet using my phone, I could do this when I was with Kogan, does anyone have any advice? My phone is a Samsung Galaxay Ace Plus!  Thanks

Have you still got the right APN settings? How soon since you activated your sim?

Activated a week ago.  Phone has been turned off and on.  Still no luck

Might need to get the APN settings again. If you aren't sure how to do it yourself manually, just go to this link to get them pushed to your phone automatically. http://configure.telstra.com.au/telstra/login.jsp

If that fails, contact Boost tech support.
