Through the mobile app I'm not able to change my plan to anytime plus. All I get is "Sorry there has been an error in processing your request. Please try again later."I've tried changing my plan using #111# as well with the same result and I've tried three times over the last 2 weeks.
I get the exact same problem when trying to switch from:
- Boost UNLT Plus
- Anytime Plus
Everytime I try to do this via #111# I get "Sorry there has been an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
I first tried to do the plan change about 8 weeks ago and eventually gave up. Tried again last night 3x times and this error message is still stopping me from switching plans.
