Through the mobile app I'm not able to change my plan to anytime plus. All I get is "Sorry there has been an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
I've tried changing my plan using #111# as well with the same result and I've tried three times over the last 2 weeks.
I get the exact same problem when trying to switch from:
- Boost UNLT Plus
to
- Anytime Plus
Everytime I try to do this via #111# I get "Sorry there has been an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
I first tried to do the plan change about 8 weeks ago and eventually gave up. Tried again last night 3x times and this error message is still stopping me from switching plans.
Hey guys,
Its becuase you have old simcards you need to call up and order new ones, once you have them you will need to contact boost again they will transer your number and activate the sim
please note you WILL lose all excisting credit and data once you change plans.
