I'm in Brazil.
I have and am receiving txts.
I added credit so I could send txts to Australia.
Worked a few times. Then keep getting error 38.
Added credit ... Still not working.. added more credits.. still won't work.
Can't call the 1800 number.
How do you contact support to resolve the issue?
