Since yesterday my service keeps dropping out, the data and also calls are not always connecting. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting, phone reboot etc. I even did a factory reset on my phone.
I tried calling Boost but the message says I have to go online chat, I did this and when I eventually got through we did the usual troubleshooting, then was told they would put me through to a colleague and they would contact me within the hour, 90 mins later nothing so I gave up.
Is there any way I can contact customer service and speak to someone?
I am on the verge of leaving Boost after many years as a customer.
Update: I turned off 4G and now its working 3G only. Never had this problem before so maybe a Telstra network issue?
Update #2: Finally contacted someone (Kristie) in customer service that didn't fob me off, they're sending me a new SIM card, let's see what happens. (if anyone cares lol)
