I have been on the support chat all day and no one can help me.
I ported over from Vaya on Monday and it went through in about 4 hours. Boost has told me that my account is fine and everything is ported over but I can't recieve calls, texts or authentication code messages.
I seem to be able to recieve calls from a couple people who are on the aldi network which runs on the telstra network, but I am unable to recieve any other calls or texts.
I'm using an iphone SE 2020 and have been through all of the troubleshooting steps provided by the people in chat. Nothing is solving the problem.
Please help as I basically have an unusable phone right now.
My Mum is having a similar problem. She just can't receive calls from Vodafone friends/family. I have been on live chats every day for the last week, and just keep going round and round in circles - just so frustrating! If anyone knows how to help, please let me know, before we totally lose the plot. We're in Perth, Australia. Ta, SuziQ
