My boost plan is about to expire and I plan to port over to another provider. My other provider tells me that the DOB I provided does not match the DOB on Boosts database which is strange considering I had to provide ID to register with boost. I thought I would be able to solve this with customer support but apparently their customer service is down so I'm not really sure what to do.
Boost support is available on the phone, but be aware there may be delays waiting for them.
