I've submitted my new sim and new number for activating for 2 days ago but I can't use is. I haven't got any messages from a message that I've got it about it's in progress.
Id like to know what is happening right now.
Mate, Same issue here. I activated it on the 9th of June. The only thing I got was an email saying that activation is undergoing, this will be finished in 4-24 hours, then nothing happened.
I really want to know as well. Did you get the email?
If you havern't done so already, I suggest calling Boost support team for new customers. Sounds like the port process is stuck, and new manual intervention.
