About a month ago we purchased a Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 from Boost (Telstra, whatever) for my autistic son, we have only just got around to putting a 16 GB nano sd card into it and we find it is not reading the card, we have tried the card in 2 Samsung tablets and it reads fine. Can someone point me in the right direction of who to contact about this issue?
Your options are to return to the store where you purchased it and they can assist you, you can contact Samsung, or you can try a Telstra store who can send it off for you to be investigated.
Why I asked the question is that I actually purchased the phone through the Boost website.
