Boost mobile profile issues while transferring to other network

Hi, I am trying to port/transfer my number online to other network from Boost mobile, and it is failing saying my Date of birth is incorrect. couldn't find online to update it, or no support phone number to talk to an agent so that they do required changes and my transfer completes...

 

help me to get direct contract to chat/talk to Boost mobile support team

Hi, 

 

l’m trying to find out what I would need to purchase regarding plans please 

 

I have a pocket wifi a MacBook, 2 iPads, an iPhone and I want to share data with devices and need about 20- 30 gb a. Month. 
I don't know how many plans I need to share data with all of them

You can call Boost Support on PH 125 8881, or use the Live Chat service link available at https://boost.com.au/pages/get-help (there is a "Message Us" button that appears if you don't have any adblocker etc).
