I have two prepaid SIMS with Telstra, lets say Mobile Number A and Mobile number B.
I decided to switch Mobile A to Boost and asked them to activate and port my old number (Mobile A) from Telstra to Boost.
In the process of doing the port for Mobile A a mistake was made (they admitted this) and my other Telstra number, Mobile B, now no longer works.
Presently both Mobile A and Mobile B don't work, and they have said 24-48 hrs to fix it. Any ideas how I can speed this up. They are not helping to escalate things, just telling me that are trying, but doing nothing. Our household needs both these numbers for work purposes.
