BEEN WAITING FOR 3 DAYS FOR ACTIVATION - BEEN ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR
This is rediculous. I've waited three days for an activation. I called up today, someone told me they would look into it and now I had to wait over an hour. When someone picked up, they asked the same questions as the person previously and advised me that my activation had "run into an error" what this error was/is hasn't been told to me. They advised that they would have to "resubmit" the order, taking another "4 - 24 hours" which of course I was told at the start. This is after calling up everyday for the last 3 days to check the status of the order to make sure this didn't happen!
Nobody is telling me what is happening, just keep passing the buck.
