Hi - i phoned last thursday and activated my account and asked for my number to be ported across from Kogan but this still hasn't happened. The boost sim card is activated on the Boost number but my Kogan number has not been ported across. Thanks. Suz.
Almost everyone who has had something similar happen (delay in porting), have found that there is a mismatch of info between Boost info and Kogan info. Date of birth, or name spelling, etc. Might be worth trying to contact Kogan to see whether it is all exactly correct, then double check it with Boost also, as this mismatch will stop the port.
