Hi, I am very concernd. I recently brought a Boost $20 Ultra Prepaid sim for my LG G2 and it has been 3 days since Activation. I try to turn on the data connection and access the internet however anything and everything just won't load also I can't send messages it just says "message did not send"

Did you port your number over from another carrier? Or was it just a straight activation?
Your phone, was it with another carrier? SMS messaging should work because the settings for that are set by the SIM card, but you may need MMS and Internet settings.
Can you make and receive calls?

I cannot make and recieve calls or messages and I have checked and my phone is compatible
also I'm transferring my same number from optus
Actually I can recieve calls and messages however it isn't my phone number that I wanted to transfer to.

so does that mean that the activation is complete and that I just have to buy credit

Hi I have switched my number from amaysim to boost-it's activated--- but same time on 29th March I bought a plan of $150 with 80GB+40GB free for first customer but my balance hasn't been topped up I can receive calls but can't make calls... I have tried so many times to customer care number 1258881 also 1800 one also sent several e- mails to compliancemanager@boost.com.au also several emails to the email where I have received my receipt of purchasing plan but no answer at all . I really got stuck as I can't go back to amaysim Ian's this number is registered for my work so can't leave it and buy a new number but there is no one to help - never seen this kind of bad customer service before--- I didn't know as my friend told me to buy this plan .... don't know what should I do. If I go out of my house I have no access to emails as no internet--- need help pls ASAP
