Hi, yesterday i joined Boost from Optus and my service was activated overnight.
Yet i have no network service and my phone displays SOS ONLY.
What have i not done correctly, do i need to input any settings to replace those from my previous provider Optus?
Is the Optus sim still working?
Maybe the porting has not yet happened. Ignore the email in that case, and contact Boost support to resolve.
