"SORRY TO MAKE THIS CALL YOU'LL HAVE TO RECHARGE" WHEN CREDIT HAS NOT EXPIRED

Recieving the message "Sorry to make this call you'll have to recharge" when trying to make a normal call, but credit has NOT expired.   (only 14 days since the last recharge)  Data is still OK. 

When calling #111#  it shows that the balance doesn't expire for another 2 weeks
