Hi,
I have an issue where sometimes my calls do not reach my phone and go directly to voicemail.
I've confirmed that
- reception is good
- have tried clearing the cache on my phone
- have tried rebooting my phone
- confirmed there are no diverts on my phone unless unreachable
I've even tested to see whether my phone rings or not using my landline. I can confirm there are instances where it does and where it doesn't, even though it is still in the same location.
This is a recent issue (over the last month) and is very irritating. Has anything changed in the back-end with regards to my account recently?
