My service now says "not provisioned" after being overseas for almost 8 months! How can I get my service back?
Do you have any active credit on the account?
If not, try adding some.

I got the same problem and I dont know how to reach customer support while being overseas as I cant seem to message them and the number is not available through skype.
How can I put some credit on the card if its not provisioned?
