my recharge has not been applied

I recharged one of my mobiles online this afternoon. I have checked the balance by typing #111# and I am being told I have no credit. I paid for the recharge using Paypay and I have received a receipt from Paypal. What happened to the recharge. I have tried to contact someone from support only to keep going to an automated system, which is useless. I have also tried live chat only to be told that no representative is available.

Hi, was your issue solved? How long did it take for the recharge to be applied to your account? I am having the same issue.
