It is very difficult to contact boost team .I could not get them .
I am on $150 for 12 months Plan which will finish next Month .
When I go to Boost Website , I can only see $300 for 12 Months and $200 for 6 moths Plan .
But if I try to recharge as an existing customer , I can see $150 for 12 months available .
So, am I still able to recharge $150 for 12 months as an existing customer ?
Did anyone Recharge $150 for 12 months after 10 August ?

As a existing customer, you can continue to recharge the same $150/80GB/12 Month plan, unless you manually opt to change to the new offer (group of plans), or Boost removes your current plan in the future.
Best to recharge from the phone itself. Either using the Boost app, dialing #111#, or via browser at care.boost.com.au
Boost normally keep the old offer around for a year or so for existing customers, so recharge in a month from now should still work.

It is now Dec 2020, when I go to the Boost Website, there is no longer an option to recharge $10, only the $200 & $300, Yet I ahve found this on there Website.
“As existing customers have already been informed via SMS, The $100 and $150 recharges are still available to any Boost Anytime Plus customers who recharge using a credit/debit card or paypal on the Boost App, boost.com.au or #111# “.
Replying to Myself, Once I got thru to Boost ?, I cannot see the sense in Boost, they used to have the $150/809gb/year plan, withdrew that for the $200/30gbyear plan, but if you ring up & the "supervisor approves" they give you an additional 80gb ??, whers the sense in that, New customers seem to be looked after, existing dedicated customers are screwed, Boost you really need to take serious look at yourselves, I know people who constantly move month to month just to pickup the new customer deals, now you shouldn't have to do that, but when treated like this maybe you have to..
