Internet is not working when will it be back up

Also what would be nice is to let user know when service are down instead of trying to work out it your hardware is not working.

Well l was told 24hrs ago there was an outage and it would be fixed in 24hrs well new card new service still no connection no phone calls and no data but yet no one even replys to message

Please note this is a community forum, that is mainly manned by fellow customers.

We are able to help with the service advice, but we cannot see any accounts or the systems.

For network/account/systems issues, you will need to talk to Boost staff via Live Chat or Phone.

Also, you haven't mentioned what town you are having the issue, or what phone make/model you are trying to use. So even offering any suggestions would be nothing more than a guess, at this stage.
