As can be seen from the screenshot (29-04-2020 8:27am), my credit ran out before my expiry. My account had credit until 30-04-2020. The App says so, yet reports no credit/connectivity/call access. Not good enough. this isn't the first time however I am getting tired with not being able to rely on the information Boost is providing me. I'm beginning to find boost a little too unreliable especially as it can take up to a week for me to be notified about new voicemail, often much too late to act on those messages.
Please let me know what is going on, how to stop this happening (probably not an end-user issue anyway) or what is being done about it.
