I just ported my number from optus, I can receive a phone call, place a call but i cant not recharge. when I try to recharge it says
It looks like that number doesn't exist
Please make sure you have entered the correct Boost Pre-Paid mobile number. (Error: 68)
Has anyone faced this problem before? How did you fix it? I tried the support, they said wait. Actually this is my second sime, first one they couldn't port.
I really need to make phone calls and I am stuck.
